What do I need to pay by phone? You'll need to have your checkbook and file # handy. Is there a charge for making a payment by phone? This option costs $8.25 for the service by Western Union. You get to save on postage costs and check fees, as well as getting credited with your payment the same day! When will payment be posted to my account? To be on the safe side, please allow 2-3 business days for payment to be posted to your account. How will I know if my payment went through? You'll get a confirmation number at the end of your conversation with the Legal Account Representative.

What do I need to pay for credit or debit card payment by phone?     Is there a charge for making a credit card payment by phone?  This option also costs $8.25 for the service by Western Union.  When will payment be posted to my account?  To be on the safe side, please allow 2-3 business days for payment to be posted to your account.  How will I know if my payment went through?  We will notify you if there is any discrepancy, or you can check your monthly statement.

There are other ways to make your payment such as:  Make Payment Online, Certified or Cashiers Check Overnight, Western Union Offices throughout the world, Money Orders, and even Wire Transfers.  All payments are sent to our California address for processing.  Ask our Legal Account Representative on your next call.
